1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product
- Product must be in resellable condition with all tags, manuals, and accessories
Items not eligible for return:
- Used, damaged, or customized items
- Items bought during clearance or special sale unless damaged
- Products returned without original packaging
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at risha.pratheesh@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photo/video evidence (in case of damage/defect)
We’ll respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos/videos of the damage
- We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
For COD orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via bank transfer.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we’ll arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping.
- If returning for personal reasons (change of mind), you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow the return process.
