Returns & Refund Policy

At Frizbeee, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Product must be in resellable condition with all tags, manuals, and accessories

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or customized items
  • Items bought during clearance or special sale unless damaged
  • Products returned without original packaging

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at risha.pratheesh@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photo/video evidence (in case of damage/defect)

We’ll respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send clear photos/videos of the damage
  • We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

For COD orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via bank transfer.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we’ll arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping.
  • If returning for personal reasons (change of mind), you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow the return process.
